QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT POLICY


First Select International is committed to provide secure and quality services to all its customers and be a reliable company of contact for all their corporate human resources needs. We shall abide by the applicable laws and regulations set by United Arab Emirates, QHSE specifications of contracts and the Standards, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. We are committed to provide a safe and healthy work environment to all employees whom will be responsible for complying with the QHSE rules and regulations.

We are committed to the continual improvement of the effectiveness of our Integrated Management System through monitoring and measurement of service delivery, implementing best practices for the protection of employee's health and safety, protection of environment and prevention of pollution and periodic review of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment objectives. We would maintain Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental awareness at all levels in their work environment.

We will take necessary precautions to protect the employees, including actions to prevent occupational hazards, training and informing staff and setting up the necessary organizational structure to achieve these aims. We will always support and encourage our employees to maintain the best level of safety.
